Things which don't work (well):
The video card, GEforce 6600 GT, NV43, by default uses free nvidia 2D driver, which works OK, but at present there is no FOSS 3D support that really works.
If all 4 memory slots are occupied, 2 by 2 the mem kits refuse to work in dual channel.
On similar machines (only different CPU), k8temp reports non-real values, for instance -49 C with BOX cooler.
HD audio is cracky when high volume is used.
AMI BIOS's ACPI does not work at all.
Generally not recommended.
