Earlier bios had problems (Minor) under Linux when it had 32GB of ram installed. This is no longer the case with the latest bios from asus.
If you setup this to boot using EFI, if you update BIOS may be unable to find the EFI partition afterwords. Either do not boot using EFI or avoid BIOS update. Note* I know this is the case on earlier bios updates. I do not know if this is still a problem or not but be cautious and if you don't have to boot using EFI then I suggest that you do not.
