gluck came back

Yeah, thank you for your great work, DSA team! I'm very glad to see planet.debian.net again :)
Of course other services such as packages.debian.org, release.debian.org, cvs.debian.org are very important for me.
(So can we catch up again to release progress? Is libc major blocker?)
BTW, broken files of my files on gluck are only arm daily d-i image, not important. Today, new arm daily image is uploaded.
