Eel closed by poached egg

Hmm, I dunno how to describe 'Tamago-Toji' in English.
  1. Boil water and dried bonito.
  2. Pour soy-sauce, Japanese sake.
  3. Put sliced onion and cutted eel. Then put mitsuba, one of Japanese herb.
  4. Beat egg and put it.
Side dishes are Tofu miso-soup and Sashimi of horse mackerel.
