Chinese fried chicken

Chinese fried chicken, cucumber and lettuce salad, Japanese cucumber pickles.
Chinese fried chicken's recipe:
  1. Dredge and soak cutted leg meat of chicken with potato starch, soy-sauce, Japanese sake, salt, pepper, minced ginger and garlic.
  2. Fry them well in corn oil, about 160 centigrade.
