Buri-Daikon
Tokyo is rainy and cold. I bought bony parts of yellowtail fish("Buri") and Japanese radish("Daikon") to make us warm.
Buri-Daikon is traditional food in Japan. It's easy to cook if you have a pressurecooker.
- Sprinkle salt on a fish. Left it about 20 minutes.
- Pass them through hot water, then wash them to remove blood.
- Seat tangle and place cutted Japanese radish in a pressurecooker. Put a fish and sliced ginger. To add taste, pour sake and soy sauce. Finally pour water till materials are covered.
- Pressurize about 20-30 minutes (if you cook this with a normal pot, it spends at least 1 hour).
